Periskop Development sells “20 Morgen Stahnsdorf” project

Periskop Development has successfully sold the approximately 51,700 m² site “20 Morgen Stahnsdorf” southwest of Berlin to MAXAR AG. The mixed-use quarter combines living, working, and social uses and represents a sustainable concept for one of the most sought-after residential locations in Berlin’s southwest.

Key Highlights:

  • Development of a ~60,000 m² GFA mixed-use quarter with around 350 residential units
  • Focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, and high quality of life
  • Purchased by MAXAR AG; next phase planned with KfW 40 NH QNG standard
