Periskop Development

Long-term Value Creation
By making strategic and responsible investments in land across Germany, the funds advised by Periskop generate lasting value for both investors and society. Our focus is on securing building rights and actively developing new neighborhoods, particularly in the dynamic Berlin-Brandenburg metropolitan area.
Our Approach
Periskop Development enables property developers and housing companies to gain easier access to building land. The funds we advise acquire large mixed-use plots of land that are often too large for individual project developers, subdivide them into viable, smaller plots, and develop them until building rights are obtained. The result: efficient use of land and simplified project implementation.
What Sets Us Apart
Our experienced team of architects, urban planners, lawyers, policy experts and economists work closely with public institutions, local authorities and developers. Our aim is to find solutions to the housing shortage in Germany's major cities. We are involved in the creation of urgently needed, affordable housing and modern commercial spaces that meet the demands of today.

Gute Uta
Introducing the “GUTE UTA” Quarter: On Rappenweg in Munich-Trudering, a new vibrant and livable neighborhood is taking shape – a place to live, work, shop, and relax. Together with six other owners and representatives, Periskop Development has set out to transform the previously unused site into a space that harmoniously combines urban vitality with green living close to the city, right next to Riemer Park. Alongside up to 2,700 apartments, the quarter will also feature generous open spaces, attractive commercial areas, and social infrastructure – all of which will also benefit the surrounding neighborhood.
