Located on Rappenweg in Munich-Trudering, GUTE UTA is set to emerge in the coming years as a vibrant and livable community—a place to live, work, shop, and relax.
The GUTE UTA quarter represents a harmonious blend of urban energy and serene, green living close to the city. It offers much-needed residential space, attracts appealing businesses, and provides room for social and cultural activities that fill existing gaps in the area. The quarter focuses on fostering a strong sense of community and good neighborly relationships.

They are united by a shared sense of responsibility and a common goal: to develop a model district that creates value for everyone—residents, users, neighbors, partners, and owners.
Here, we embrace the "both-and" approach instead of the "either-or."
A vibrant community doesn’t need “either-or.” It welcomes everyone and thrives on "both-and." This includes resolving apparent contradictions: tranquility or music? Cars or bicycles? Preserving tradition or embracing the future? We don’t have to choose because it’s possible to create spaces for both—and for entirely new ideas.
The inspiration behind the name:
Our district is named after a legendary benefactor from Trudering: the noblewoman Uta. The mythical Frau Uta is believed to have lived in Trudering in the late 11th century. She is said to have donated large tracts of land to the local church, with the stipulation that they be used for the benefit of the community. The “Uta Fountain” and “Frau-von-Uta-Straße” still honor her good deeds. Her contributions were remembered in Trudering's Sunday church services well into the 20th century. With this same spirit of social responsibility, the owners aim to transform the area around Rappenweg into a vibrant and livable urban district in the coming years.
