Periskop Development sells development site in Teltow to Shurgard – Building permit issued for self-storage facility

Periskop Development GmbH, an internationally operating investment advisor headquartered in Berlin, has sold a development site of approximately 5,100 m² in Teltow (Potsdam-Mittelmark district), located southwest of Berlin, to Shurgard on behalf of the property owners. A building permit for the construction of a modern self-storage facility has already been granted, allowing construction to begin in the near future. Aengevelt Immobilien provided advisory services and successfully facilitated the transaction.

With this acquisition, Shurgard continues its expansion in the German market. Aengevelt Immobilien in Berlin managed the process from start to finish – from identifying the location and conducting analysis to moderating sale negotiations and finalizing the purchase agreement.

The 5,133 m² site, located at Warthestraße 19 in Teltow, was marketed under the project name CUBES². It is situated near the Teltow Canal and benefits from excellent connectivity to Berlin and Potsdam. The nearby Potsdamer Straße provides access to the A115 motorway, and the Teltow S-Bahn station is accessible via a bus route.
