Schnellecke Real Estate sells logistics property in Sassenburg (Lower Saxony) to Periskop

Schnellecke Real Estate GmbH has sold a modern logistics and light industrial property in Sassenburg near Wolfsburg to the Periskop Logistics Fund.

The property at In den Rohwiesen 2 comprises approximately 49,000 sq m of leasable area and was developed and delivered by Schnellecke Real Estate over the past two years on a site of around 93,000 sq m. The asset has been awarded DGNB Gold certification.

A long-term tenant is an automotive manufacturer, which uses the site as an assembly and logistics center.

With this transaction, Schnellecke Real Estate continues to pursue its strategy of developing high-quality, sustainably designed logistics properties while leveraging its expertise as a sought-after logistics provider.
